A Day of Service and Remembrance

Two Service Projects Executed – 3rd September 2025

Lions Club New Delhi Alaknanda

On this meaningful day, Lions Club New Delhi Alaknanda carried out two impactful service projects in collaboration with Earth Saviours Foundation, reaffirming our commitment to humanitarian service.

A large-scale food distribution drive was held across two centres of Earth Saviours Foundation, serving nutritious meals to hundreds of individuals in need. Alongside this, a donation was made to the Foundation to support their various ongoing social welfare initiatives — including care for the homeless, elderly, and mentally ill.

These acts of kindness were sponsored by Respected Lion Sushil Bihani Ji in loving memory of his wife, Late Shanta Bihani Ji — a deeply touching tribute that transformed personal remembrance into collective upliftment.

We are grateful for this gesture of service, compassion, and legacy.
