Punjab Relief Initiative Flagged Off by Hon’ble Mayor of Delhi

On 18th September 2025, Lions Club New Delhi Alaknanda (LCNDA) successfully flagged off its Punjab Support Initiative from the Civic Center, MCD Office, Delhi.

The initiative involved the distribution of 9,000 sanitary pads to support women’s health and hygiene in Punjab.

We were honored that the Hon’ble Mayor of Delhi, Shri Raja Iqbal Singh Ji, kindly flagged off this noble initiative at 12.45 PM. The event was coordinated smoothly, and members gathered with great enthusiasm despite the short notice.

This initiative reflects LCNDA’s continued commitment towards addressing critical social needs and extending a helping hand beyond boundaries.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Mayor for his valuable time and to all members whose support and presence made this effort impactful.
